Rosemary-Crusted Pork

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- pork tenderloin (1 1/4 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425F. Combine bread crumbs, rosemary, paprika, garlic, and salt on a plate.
- Rub pork with olive oil and coat with bread crumb mixture.
- Roast until cooked through, 20 to 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
